Multimatic | New Teardrop Pallet Rack & Parts Shelving, Delivery & Installation – Mooresville, NC
A rece car builder in Mooresville, NC open up a new warehouse to store engine and car parts.
Teardrop style pallet racking was delivered and installed for heavier parts and closes steel shelving was installed for miscellaneous parts.
The teardrop racking consisted of a mix of 16′ high x 48” deep racking and 12′ high x 36” deep racking. 5 shelf/beam levels were installed per section to help utilize the vertical space in the warehouse.
Triboro closed steel shelving was delivered and installed shortly after the pallet racking. The closed steel shelving consisted of 142 units of 12′ high shelving with 12 shelves per section.

Teardrop style pallet rack uprights, beams and wire decks were delivered on a flatbed and installed in a clients warehouse in Greensboro, NC.
Our installers unloaded the flatbed truck and staged the rack shelving inside to get ready for installation.
This warehouse needed a few rows of racking with 5 shelf levels per section. The teardrop beams were connected to the uprights at the various heights so that the product could easily be loaded and unloaded off the shelves.

Valdosta, GA – A company in Georgia was consolidating two of their warehouses into one. The Valdosta, Ga location was shutting down and needed the pallet storage racking dismantled and shipped to their Delaware location.
Pallet Rack World sent an offer to dismantle all of the pallet racking that was in the GA distribution center. The remaining racking that was not shipping to the Delaware location was purchased from the customer.
The rack installation crew arrived the first week of November and had all of the racking broken down, stacked, banded and palletized by the end of the week.

Hanes BRANDS distribution center in Rural Hall, NC partnered with Pallet Rack World to reconfigure storage racking in their warehouse.
This project consisted of 26′ high uprights, 6 levels of shelving and angle iron at the base of the racking.
The crew dismantled, stacked, bundled and banded the uprights, beams and wire mesh decking. The angle iron was also removed and the anchors shaved.

The photo to the left is the crew dismantling an existing pallet rack system from a customers facility in Greensboro, NC. The customer was moving out of this facility and didn’t need to bring the entire amount of warehouse storage racking to their new facility.
Pallet Rack World sent a crew in to dismantle, stack, palletize and remove from the facility. A flatbed truck was coordinated to show up on site and the crew loaded the truck with the racking and it was hauled away.
